ZF Services Australia has appointed Mark Sookias as its new managing director to replace Christopher Adcock, effective immediately.
Adcock returns to England to take up the role of managing director of ZF Services UK after nearly six years as the top man in Oceania.
Sookias brings more than 17 years in senior management positions, most recently as the executive general manager at Motospecs – a leading parts distributor in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to his time at Motospec, Sookias was general manager at complete office supplies and as sales director at Tech Pacific.
“I have always been impressed by the quality offering ZF has made available in the marketplace in Australia and New Zealand,” Sookias said.
“ZF Services has a unique position in the Australian market, with its high quality range of products and services for the OEM and aftermarket that penetrates multiple market segments across various industry sectors.
“I am looking forward to working with the team to deliver our strategic goals and take ZF Services forward in Australia, New Zealand and Oceania.”
