Fuso has announced it has appointed a new dealer outlet in Burnie in North West Tasmania to further expanded its service and support network on the Apple Isle.
CJD Equipment is now representing Fuso in Burnie and is already a .
Daimler Truck and Bus partner and supports Fuso customers in Tasmania with sales, service and parts locations in Launceston and Hobart.
Daimler Truck and Bus Australia Pacific director aftersales and network operations, Greg Lovrich, said Fuso customers in North West Tasmania will benefit from the addition.
“We are excited to welcome CJD Equipment Burnie into the Fuso support network,” he says.
“CJD Equipment is dedicated to keeping our customers on the road and this addition represents a win for Fuso owners in Tasmania.”
CJD Equipment Managing Director, Alan Barnett, said adding the new location further improves its customer support.
“The new CJD Burnie location was the missing piece in our support network within Tasmania and represents an opportunity for CJD to further expand our footprint, to enable us to provide an ever-increasing level of service to our customers,” said Barnett.
Fuso has a national network spanning 45 dealerships across Australia.
Fuso says service and support is a large part of its customer promise. The company is currently offering two years of free servicing on every 2019 Fuso truck sold before June 30. This includes two years or a certain amount of kilometres, whichever comes first, of Best Basic servicing.
Service plans give customers the assurance that their vehicles are serviced by factory-trained technicians, using genuine parts and lubricants, in order to remain in top condition the company said.
