Paccar Parts Australia has announced that Brown and Hurley Kenworth DAF at Darra in Brisbane has been judged as the 2022 Paccar Parts dealer of the year. This prestigious award recognises a dealer’s excellence in performance in areas including customer support, sales growth, parts availability, retail marketing activities and training.
General manager of Paccar Parts Australia, Damian Smethurst, presented the Dealer of the Year trophy to Brown and Hurley Darra Dealer Principal, Matt Innes, congratulating the dealership on their outstanding performance.

Matt Innes, Brown and Hurley Darra Dealer Principal, said was an honour to accept the Paccar Parts Dealer of the Year award for 2022.
“We were very proud to win it back in 2019, and to be crowned again in a short period of time is a great testament to the parts team we have here. The staff are a very dedicated team of people, with a lot of them having over 20 years’ experience,” said Innes.
“We have recently recruited more team members who have integrated into the business well. It is a pleasure to lead such a great team of people. I thank them for their hard work and dedication. A special thanks also goes to the management team,” he added.
“Our focus over the years has been on customer service and our ability to supply parts that our customers require, and in recent times, we have more than doubled our inventory to meet the market demand. We have also invested well into our TRP range of products, which might provide an alternative to OEM products. We are supported very well by the Paccar Parts team, and they are a contributing factor to our success the Brisbane Parts Distribution Centre provides us with an efficient stock replacement of parts for quicker parts supply to our customers.” Innes added.
